Payment Options

Attendees from the United States may pay the conference fee using a U.S. issued credit card. We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.Unfortunately, our online bank is not equipped to accept credit card transactions coming in from countries outside the United States. If you're a non-U.S. resident who would like to attend, please email info@lucenerevolution.com, so that we may suggest alternative methods of payment such as wire transfer or we can manually take your credit card and process it at our corporate headquarters for you.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that there may be legitimate reasons to cancel! If you need to cancel please send your written request to info@lucenerevolution.com

• Before April 9, 2012: Refund will be given less a $100 processing fee
• Between April 10 – 30, 2012: Credit less 50% of the registration fee
• After April 30, 2012: No refund will be issued

Substitution Policy

We will accept substitutions as long as they are received by April 27, 2012 via email to info@lucenerevolution.com
